Sky Reddens

Marginal desire of a dying volition
sedition heart in violent times
where one day, different became dangerous
Fear feeds on tired souls

Voice of revenge, born in the bowels
darkness consumes the light of noon
your breath is deformed in a kiss off
And the sky reddens, the offshore wind

The figurine limp in my mind
it decays slowly over thousands of years
silence is my accomplice, remains silent
Illiterate and thin, indifferent, dead

There’s a promise kept in your eyes
you’ve given me, the intricate evening
believe no more, your prayers squalid
I’m so happy, a little eternal moment
