When A Dying Star Falls Down (Keep Waiting)

I look at the desert vanishes when the rain falls, with new promises of hope reborn, with new courage. A star has fallen down into the vastness of this land; I have to find it before night falls.

I remember very well that day when you came with these treasures from eastern, silks, spices and art. I remember those exquisite symmetries of complex patterns, and those strange essences. Here the sun seems to dance in the sky; I remember when you decided to go back to those distant lands wanting to get more wealth.

From your starting twelve years ago little has changed and this winter has been benevolent, I recognize you into the face of each others, but I know you will not ever return. Recently some people asked me by those tables of rare figures and monstrous deities, I've sold them.

Those treasures have been consumed over time as the same way of your face in my mind, may you fade when I sell or give away the last of these gadgets. The meaning of loneliness I have learned from you, love, desire, contempt, and this infinite hatred is killing me.

You know, yet I'm still waiting for your return, keep waiting. Sometimes I dream that you're beside me and when I try to kiss you all the paintings, silks and scents fall on me, taking me away from you in a sea of meaningless objects. I wake up still crying.

I go crazy trying to figure out where you will, and think you stopped loving me; I always promised me forget your name, but it is entered deeper and deeper in my heart; I’m going to start  live without it, to live without you.

I can feel your presence, and confuses me think they might feel because you still think of me or because you already have died. Anyway my punishment was this, suffer and die slowly with uncertainty.

Long have been my days, and today my prayers were answered. Wind said you would return before an evening when a dying star cross the desert sky. I go where the star, I know you'll be there, I know the wind cannot lie.

If I did not succeed in this long journey through the desert, I swear to find the wind to the end of time, for a thousand lifetimes to pay back debts, there you will be, I know.
